An edition of 50 in all sizes
Bond of Brothers was awarded the Wildlife Photographer of the Year's People's Choice award in 2018 and subsequently went on to all but sell out of it's print run later that year. Only one or two of a limited run of 50 remain to buy.
Too often lions are portrayed as aggressive hunters, snarling predators... Of course lions are predators, they have to survive too, but here we are drawn into a deeper understanding of their nature in a very touching way. I am very grateful for that. - Virginia McKenna in her introduction to my book As Long As There are Animals in 2014.
These two adult males, probably brothers, greeted and rubbed faces for thirty seconds or more before setting down. Most people never have the opportunity to witness such animal sentience, So hopefully capturing this moment will make the experience available for more to see.
Limited Edition prints
Signed and numbered prints are limited in their availability and each edition comprises all their available print sizes. Each is hand numbered and signed in pencil just beneath the image area.
SizesMeasurements given are for the longest side of the printed image area. Each print is made with a wide paper border all around. For sizes larger than those listed, please enquire.
